I'm a male looking for a male or female running partner in the Waldorf, MD area. Specifically in the Wexford villiage neighborhood. I start my runs about 4:30 AM during the weekday. Kinda early I know but I have to run before my wife leaves for work and I have to leave for work and daycare at 6:30 AM. My running pace is about a 10 Min mile and I'm only at 3 miles now.
