Haven't had the surgery but understand feeling dead tired all day. How do you sleep at night? Could you just need a lot longer to completely rebound from the surgery. If you're already training simultaneously for a mini-marathon and a triathlon, it may be too much. Then again, the meds might be at fault.

I've put on 15 pounds since starting menapause and that slows me down. My breasts have ballooned to the point I am having a hard time finding running bras that fit. And I'm depressed.

I don't have any solid advice to give you. Just moral support from a fellow sufferer. If you discover why you're always so tired, let us know.
