I knew there were Clydsdale catagories, but didn't know there is a catagory of the same for women. I,like you, only try to PR my own times. But if I thought I could possibly place in a race because of my size, I'd be all over it. I'm not a oversize woman, but I am middle age, and very athletic. I have always been a large woman, and I'm proud of my size. At 48 and fit, why not. Smile when you register for that big girl run, and be proud doing it! Happy running!!
