Tried cohosh, evening primrose and soy products to little avail. Waking up 3-6 times a night so am tired!! Obviously interferring with energy levels for runs. Actually though just finished a marathon in slightly better time than same one last yr but had younger friend with me to push the pace! I have just been to gyn and started on Agreal which is suppose to help with the hot flashes. If that doesnt work will consider HRT cause I have to get better sleep. Check out womens health sites and research. everyone is different and you have to try what works for you!
