Are you on hormone replacement therapy? I found a lot of those same symptoms disappeared, or were greatly reduced, once I started pumping lost estrogen into my system. It was a tough choice, given all the negatives I'd heard. However, I just couldn't function properly at home or at work and needed the supplement to bring my hormones into better balance.
