Since early February, I've been training for my first marathon. Every Saturday I do a long run of 13 to 20 miles. Recently, I have been getting a very sharp pain on the top of my right foot usually around the 12th mile. It feels like a bowling ball fell on it and I can barely make it to mile 20.
The marathon's in four weeks and I want to finish it without injuring myself. What can I do? What did I do?
