I have run two marathons, both under 4 hours. I feel ok during the run, but immediately after, I feel like I could puke, I have tunnel vision and feel extremely hot. On the first run, it lasted for about an hour. On the second race, it was hot for the last hour of the run and I felt bad for the next 12 hours. I think I drink enough water. I drink at every stop and drank plenty of fluids afterwards. Any advice would be great
