Soy Protein Powder, as much as is affordable. Fat Free Salad Dressing. Wheat Bread Various fruits and in particular bannanas, with the part with all the bios.
Training simple Sunday 15 miles Monday 23 miles (since Labor Day 1990 a track record of under 2:20 289 times,not counting winter impossiblities. Plus an additional 290th on June 11,1990. Hopefully number 300 will be early in July) Tueday 16 miles Thursday 18 miles, all hills Friday 18 miles, all hills Wednesday about 7 miles work related walking. Ditto on Saturday.
