Island Photo answered my 5/10/01 e-mail to them on 5/29/01 with the following:
Dear Customer: I apologize for the delay. Our site is experiencing technical difficulties and we are aware of the problem. We called our lab in Oaklahoma City and they have told us that the server is down this morning and they are working on it now. We had some power out across the state due to a big storm that came through. Thanks for your patience. It should be running shortly. Then go to www.islandphoto.com and click on RACE ORDERS. Select your race and then enter your runner number. Your pictures will appear. Thanks. -Maria
