Actually I PBed there last year (3:17) but I'm not much of a reference... Last year, if my recollection is right, the headwinds were only during the last 12 kilometers. Ten miles from the finish line, you're still in the hills, not even on the old bridge yet (where it was rather chilly - but that's where the elite runners did or tried their kick. The year before was the exact opposite: it was almost 30 degrees C and the last 12 kilometers, you had the wind in your back... Go figure!
