It is not uncommon for women after childbirth to experience leakage during bursts of exertion. If this applies to you, Kegel exercises may be helpful. They are designed to tighten and draw the pelvic floor muscle upward. Hint: just imagine stopping a stream of urine and you'll know exactly what muscle to tighten.

Q: any other mothers here experience this before?
