The last marathon that I ran, I saw a few people with "#2" streaming down their legs in the middle of the run. These weren't even runners at the front of the pack. I try anything to avoid that happening to me!
I've found that drinking hot water with lemon juice seems to do the trick. I drink a couple of cups the day before & another prior to running. Don't know what it is or if it's in my head, but it seems to work.
