I'm glad to hear someone else is having this issue (actually wish none of us were). Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I run early in the mornings during the week, 5 am and I don't eat before I go because my longest runs right now are only about 6-7 miles. On the weekends I run a little later so I have more time to get up and get things moving, if you know what I mean! Not sure how to plan for the weekday 5 am runs though!!!!
