I've had a problem for years with incontinence (from having children). Lately, though, it's reached new heights and I cannot run any length of time without leakage. As a result, I wear a thin maxi pad on "good days" and those unbearable, diaper-like Poise pads on others. Can anyone relate? Offer alternatives? I don't drink anything an hour before a run or race, either, but that hasn't helped. I've gained about 10 pounds in the past few years. Could weight gain be causing the increased problem?
