Like you, I'm intrigued by the low price and the cachet of almost being an inaugural event. My May calendar is sort of light at this point (the Microsoft-USO 10 miler only). Anyone want to carpool (driver or passenger) from the DC area, depart 5/26, get rooms at the same hotel, run, then return 5/27?
I checked the web site for the Adam's Mark hotel. It doesn't mention Buffalo's marathon rate, or even the marathon. Does anyone know the room rate? Expedia gives the hotel 3 stars so the rooms should be nice.
