What a frustrating problem!! It could be due to the change in your activity level and, very likely, your body is undergoing some changes in metabolism, etc. in order to adjust to your new active life style. I had this problem (I called it shedding :) , and I noticed seasonal correlation - it's starts in the spring, when I start running more. I wouldn't worry just yet - eat right, drink aplenty, run and notice how you feel. If the problem doesn't go away - I would consult a doctor.
