I agree to check a running store. A real running store - the kind of place that looks at the soles of the shoes on your feet. These places aren't common in the area I live, but they are around. I have to travel an hour for one - but it's worth it! The so-called sporting good stores are pathetic around here. Unless I'm looking for a team jersey, they're useless. Once I find shoes I like, I order them cheaper over the web.
As for the sports bras - go and try some on. What works for one person won't work for another. I found Nike is the only one small enough for me. The most important thing with a sports bra is that it fits well. I don't think there's a magic brand - it's like shoes, the best one out there is different for everyone.
