I'm thinking of doing The Silver Comet Half-Marathon on October 30th this year. I think it would be a great race to try and fit into my schedule to help me build up toward The Ocala Marathon I'm doing on the 30th of Jan 2005.
My question is... Do you guys think it's ok for me to switch around my Saturday / Sunday runs.
Here is my Schedule 2 Now, it has 30th a 4 mile run and the 31st a 14 mile run. I'd like to switch those around and simply take it easy on the 4 miler the next day. Or should I just take that next day off?
What do you guys think? I don't want to injure myself by doing something silly.
