My weight has been stable between 118-120 lbs. over the past 3 or so months. I am now 10 days away from my marathon and my weight has gone up to 122 lbs. I don't like this. I am tapering so my milage is less, so I have decreased my intake accordingly, but not excessively. Please tell me this is muscle weight and glycogen being stored and not fat ! Am I wrong or am I still eating too much ? I don't want to have to carry extra weight while I run.
