I'm 21- as for activities, walking to and from campus from my house and nothing other than that. Basically, some family members have challenged me to run a marathon before next July. A friend started training for hers this past december and ran the san diego marathon this past week, but she was a lot thinner...pushing 100 pounds. Before training she didn't do physical activity either but made it through with out being hurt-was this because she weighed so little?
