Don't run another long run this weekend. It takes 3 weeks (or more!)to fully recover from a long run and there is no benifit physically by doing a long run in the last 2 weeks. It's not worth chancing it. Instead, maybe do a short long run - like a 14 miler. Endorphins will get you through more than you think on race day! Good luck at your race!
