Yes, most gyms will do it with calipers. However, not all women stop ovulating at the exact same number. I would suggest to just carry out your training plan and if your cycle is delayed, then get it checked by a scale or at the gym. I like the scale - though it's not super accurate, it gives me an idea. Once you learn what percentage stops your cycles, you'll be able to better pay attention to it.
Missing just a couple cycles is okay. You may be one of those women who don't have to worry about it - just make sure you do worry about it if you miss several months in a row. My running partner is running a marathon in 2 weeks and her cycles were like clockwork during the entire training time.
