The last two years I have been running long runs while training for minimarathons. After runs extending beyond 1 1/2 hours I get stomach cramps beginning 1/2 hour after the run and lasting 3-4 hours. I eat only a half a power bar and 1/2 a banana before runs, eat GU half way through and try to drink enough fluids. Some facts that might help, I don't sweat, am 5'2", weigh 101lbs., low BMI, decent muscle tone. Could not sweating indicate something? What can I do? It only happens after the long runs and at end of minimarathon.
