Jan, it sounds like you might have (inherited) very few sweat glands on your skin. I suggest talking to your doctor about not being able to sweat, the stomach cramps and running long. They all could be related as your body needs some way to cool itself off when exercising, especially when doing so for long periods of time and outdoors in the heat. If you’re not able to sweat much, you could be overheating and experiencing a form of “heat cramps”. Actually, the 3-4 hour duration of your cramps alone is enough reason to seek medical advice.

I know some women who don’t sweat very much sometimes carry extra water with them while exercising to splash/spray on their skin and get the evaporative cooling effect that more sweat normally provides. They didn’t mention having severe stomach cramps, however.
