I want to train for a half marathon. Issues, When I run at the gym, I can go up to 7.5 miles it's pretty hard though after 5 miles, but on a pea gravel course for my short runs I can barely make 2 miles it,s very hard after 1 mile. I did 1 long run , 1 day rest, 1 long run , then short run. Should I shorten or space out my long runs to help my lengthen short runs?
