seems I hurt the ligaments around my knee pretty good from waterskiing. I hit the water hard at 34mph and the ski failed to come off - twisting my leg.
Running long continuous distances again is gonna take a while.
Rather than not running my November 30th marathon, I'm thinking of doing the run 1 mile then walk 1 minute thing.
Do the frequent walk breaks really help? I usually have a heck of a time getting started running again after walking.
