Yes, Barbara is 61; check out http://www.ivs.org (Rocket Run results); Barbara is "Babs Carraway" and my time is a racewalk time. Yes, Barbara "won" 3'rd in her AG as only 3 showed up. (snicker)
As far as "esteemed"; well that is stretching the truth a bit. I am not a "math penguin" but I am not "John Nash" either. :-)
Still, my point is that someone with "Heidi's" qualifications would be better off learning the basics well prior to seriously considering a marathon goal.
