I looked it up in one of my books and it said a competitive runner my height should weight 95 pounds and an elite runner only 90 pounds. I'm 5'1" and 100 pounds. I think that chart must have taken some elite taller runners and then changed it. There's no way that a 5'1" person should be 90 pounds! My percent body fat is already borderline too low. I think you should just use whatever weight you feel the best at - don't compromise strength for pounds. (I did read that under 14% body fat doesn't seem to aid performance. Maybe use body fat instead of weight as a reference?)
