Stuff Happens....I live in 75 degree weather and run on a treadmill do to being injured IBT...If not for the Treadmill I would not be able to run/walk..the pounding is causing problems..everytime I get my mileage up I crash with an injury (MCL or IBT).any suggestions? and stop running is not an option! also..call a cab...if I fall please don't shoot me!
