Hummm, now that'a marathon that I would not have consciously chosen...not a bad thing, but not excited about it either. However, ya don't have to run the same marathon to train the long runs. Let's talk min. per mile...my goal is to finish 4:30 - 4:45 hrs. I sense I may not be in your ballpark but will not be offended if that's too slow for you. Wadda think? (I forgot to put time in my original msg)
