Equivalent marathon time =
((distance marathon)/(distance of race))^(1.07) times (time for distance)
Example: say you ran 4:30 for the 50K.
The equivalent marathon time would be
(42.2/50)^1.07 * (270) = 225.2 minutes
= 3 hours, 45 minutes, 12 seconds.
