Rob, I did NOT answer that "which foot to start off with" question. :-) Really! Check out the thread.
I did respond to Moulay; I agreed with him on the matter of, uh, not being quite so disrespectful of others around here. I know that my responses to Bambi violated this principle; but I seriously doubt that he/she/whomever is overly sensitive.
As far as the "which foot to start on" question; I think that the individual who said something about someone having superstitions gave a great response.
Unless, of course, the person who posed the question was playing a big joke on all of us.
I still would be interested in hearing stories on how folks improved their marathon times; espcially those who got under that magic time (for me) of 3:20. That comment was from the heart!!!
