I was inspired by your story Moulay. The key to this sport is improvement and aiming to be the best that you can be within the limits you set yourself. Im not sure where Bambi is coming from. I have never met any one in the running community who has been negative to fellow runners before. Even the elite athletes i know respect the efforts of their slower colleagues.
