One of my friends owns a Fitsense watch. It is super accurate, and has several features that are helpful. It is much like a treadmill that includes a heart rate, pace zones, distance alets, heart rate zones, speed, current pace, average pace, and there is a free online log that comes with the watch, that downloads charts into the computer.
