I understand what you were saying, and considering the similarity in our goals, I think that your suggestions are quite valuable. The only difference I have heard is that a few people told me that I might want to consider going with the run/walk method. 9 minutes running 1 minute walking. I still haven't decided on that one yet. I will probably give it a shot on one of my long runs and see what happens. Thanks again for your suggestions.
