I'm also a beginner, and i have started by following the 5K schedule of runners world(overtraing at times and not constant, I must recognize). When it says, x distance run, at what speed should it be? I've been running at 6 min-mile.
Also, my goal is to be able to run an hour (hopefully 6 miles) by year end. Am I on the right track? When I finish the 5K schedule, should I go on with 10K?
