I'm a vegan, which means that I eat no animal products whatsoever, including milk, eggs, meat, etc... I have decided to train for my first marathon, and I've been reading up on the required nutrition -- I'm wondering if there are any other vegan runners out there who can give me advice as to the best foods to get the needed carbs, protein, and fats I need, and advice on how to increase my serving sizes (I understand that the training will require me to eat much more as I'll be burning off much more!)
