Possibly try using a ducolax tablet 1-2 days prior to the event. I tried it a couple of times. The first time it worked super but the second time I took it too close to the race and I was dehydrated the entire race. Also try eating nothing the day of the race. Just drink fruit juice or tea for energy. Don't feel bad about natural body functions.
