It is what it is...for all the first- timers, pace yourself—the humidity is more of a factor than the temps. Stay hydrated but don't overdo. Sunscreen and sunglasses will help as will loose, light-color clothing. Run smart and take fluids early.
For those of us doing the 'Goofy', prepare the same way and hydrate with a fair amount of sodium/electrolyte supplementation.
