Has anyone in the 3:40-4:00 marathon range improved their marathon time by going to a run/walk technique?
I always blow up in the last 10K; last 10K's of my previous 'thons were downright ghastly: 1:06, 1:04, 1:08 and 1:38! (last day was hot).
