Hi guys, Week before I did a 4 miler (25:37) and tweaked a muscle in my butt. I bailed and did the half instead. I ran with a lady that had run Boston so she kept me at a solid pace. No earth shattering time but a solid 1:41:00. I have another half June 1st and would like to get in around 1:36-1:37. Everyone "Run and stay healthy" kev
