Have only gone for 2 short runs since my first marathon (May 3rd Vancouver). Getting back into a training schedule this week.
My goals this summer are to run faster. Hopefully go sub 3:45 sometime this summer. Looking at 2 marathons. Calgary in July, possibly Victoria in October. Will have to see how the finances are.
So my short term goal is to go sub 3:45. My long term goal is to BQ when I turn 40 (2 1/2 years from now).
