My advice: just keep doing what you're doing, because this sounds like a perfect way to induce stress fracture, chondromalacia, metatarsalgia ,or plantar fasciitis. Then when you're sitting in some orthopedist's waiting room — flipping through the pages of a 2-month old issue of People magazine — you'll come to the realize that your "training plan" was a pretty misguided idea.
