Thanks for your input Rita. I looked over Hal Higdon's training schedules and figured I would do the Novice 2. Its very similar to what I've been doing and will be easy to fit into it in about two weeks time, plus the half marathon is about the same place as he has it in his schedule. My miles are nowhere near 80 per week so maybe I am over doing it. I was doing about 5 on tue, 5 on thur, 10 or more on saturdays and 3 on sundays. Anyway, thanks again for your advice.
