Personally I like the shirts. I'm not going to walk around for days with a medal around my neck but I can wear the shirt for a couple of days to show off. I also like the glitz and expos that give you a lot of stuff even if I don't keep it all. My friends love it when I come back from one because I give the stuff I don't want to them. I have enough friends that I can usually find someone that wants the stuff. I view running marathons as an event and I like all the glitz and glare. I do which they were cheaper but I wish everything was cheaper. And I'm sure glad that the shirts are now technical instead of cotton. So keep giving us shirts!
