Hello, I am a dietetics graduate student at Eastern Illinois University. This up and coming summer I will be conducting a major research study. I am seeking female runners who are currently training for a full marathon that is scheduled for late June or early July. I am reviewing the dietary adequacy of female recreational marathon runners. If you are interested in receiving a free nutritional analysis and participating in my study please contact me at marathonrd@gmail.com
You will be required to keep four week food and exercise journal. You will then email your data to me and I will analyze it. The nutritional analysis will be used in my study and I will also share your personal results with you.
