Not a Patriots Day goes by that I don't wish I was in Boston. I ran the race once (as a bandit, so I know it doesn't really count, but hey, I was a kid ... I hope to be there legitimately someday) and have covered it twice in my job as a journalist, so I always feel a twinge of jealousy for the lucky ones who get to make the journey each year.
North, I hope your marathoning swan song was everything it should have been.
