Some days you can just be flat. However, I have some questions for you.

Did you go out at 4-hr pace? If so, why did you think you could handle that? Based on a recent half- marathon or 20K? Did you taper well enough? What was your time at halfway? How many 18+ training runs did you log during your build-up?

The answers may reveal underlying reasons for your performance yesterday.
