Over the past month, my weekly mileage has been steadily increasing to 40 since I began the weekly long runs. I haven't done a half marathon since Oct. 2008. My time was a 1:53:36. My recent 5K time is 23:14. I believe if I raced a half marathon now, I would be around the same time, if not better. The issue is that I have never run more than 13 miles up until 4 weeks ago.
