I'm a bit unclear about your mileage. Sounds like 3 days per week (two days of 4 or 5 milers, and the third a long run of 14 to 18). By my count that totals about 25 mpw. Low, but enough to finish a marathon.
Tips: don't fixate on a specific time, you will do well to go the distance. Then after you finish, take notes about training adjustments and carry that into preparations for your next marathon. Good luck.
